Return period
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• If the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is free and we will cover the costs.

Condition of returned items

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

• If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

Refund process

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
