Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Germany

  • Standard Shipping: €4.99

  • Delivery Time: Usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over €55.

European Union (EU)

  • Standard Shipping: €13.99

  • Delivery Time: Usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International

  • Standard Shipping: €19.99

  • Delivery Time: Usually 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Note: All orders are shipped CO₂-neutral, because movement should be clean too.

Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
